Application:

Suitable for various nylon sheath and low smoke halogen free wire extrusion.

Screw barrel: Adopt the latest Japanese design and the strengthening structure is specially established according to the different extrusion process requirements with view to adapt to various low smoke halogen free extrusion. Screw and barrel all adopt water cooling.

Crosshead: Low smoke halogen free or specialized crosshead.

Heating and cooling system: Coordinated with the special design of the screw barrel, the machine is equipped with special heating and cooling system to satisfy the requirement of precise extrusion of different compounds.

Extrusion auxiliary machine: The machine is able to equip with proper auxiliary machine (30, 35 and 40 etc.) according to various process requirements and after changing the crosshead and screw, nylon sheath wire can be produced immediately and the various process requirements of single strip, double strips as well as double-layer extrusion, etc. can be satisfied.

Quality control: Equipped with outer diameter detection feedback device, control product of outer diameter and concentricity etc. to avoid wire diameter and insulation thickness error, and the resulting rise in the cost of production.

Electrical control: Imported inverter + PLC touch screen control
